I truly enjoyed the room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. The location was convenient and easy, just a 5-minute walk from Middlesex Mall Cinema. Had a very good stay for a business trip and would come here again.

When we checked out we told them we could not get any cold water out of the bathroom faucet. They commented that they knew about that and we're going to fix it the day we left. My question is: If you knew about it why didn't you fix it before someone else was in the room? Our comfort was obviously not on their radar. And...why did you put someone in the room if it wasn't fixed. We will not stay there again.

The location here was great and convenient, with close proximity to restaurants, highway access, shopping spots, and the nearest store.

Staff was great. Hotel very clean & coffee 24/7 is a great perk. Bed was comfy but pillows need help We asked for extra pillows & staff was happy to accommodate us. 3rd time staying will stay again.

A very helpfull Manager who informed me about the unfair deal of not giving points to customers who book through Booked.net. He arranged for me to score my HHoner Points, but informed me that it was a one off arrangement and that I should use the Hilton site in the future to book me stays.

Travel a lot in North America and have a HHoner frequent traveller pass. I often book through Booked.net and had to learn that Hilton does NOT give points in case you book through Booked.net. Neither Booked.net, nor Hilton does enough to inform the customer about this. I missed my staus and points after having spent many nights away from home. having a status at the Hotel chain has so much advantage that I recommend not to use Booked.net for business travels. Also the Hotels do not automatically provide proper receipts when using Booked.net, even though I selected the option that I want a receipt. Of course for business travels this is unacceptable.

Thanks for such a comfortable stay for my business trip. The hotel is clean and great-sized with nice staff and a heated pool. It boasts a magnificent, unbeatable location close to major highways. There are many different restaurants to choose from in the area.

We had a great stay at this budget-friendly hotel in South Plainfield. The room was nicely decorated, brand-new, and equipped with a TV, fridge, and coffee/tea makers. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our one-night stay. The location was convenient, close to upscale golf courses in Long Island, common areas, food options, and easily accessible. Additionally, it was near Newark airport.

Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Gym. Clean. Offered recycling. Complimentary up scale tea, good coffee and treats available any time. Neutrogena personal care products and four bath towels in the bath room. Regular size, varying density pillows rather than those huge puffy hard ones you sometimes find.

Our room was right next to the highway and it was very loud. I didn't see that they provided earplugs on the night stand until the next morning.

I was upgraded to an exceptionally comfortable room with a whirlpool. The hotel has a marvelous location close to attractions like Middlesex Mall Cinema. The staff were kind and compassionate.

This hotel has a sense of privacy, as it's tucked behind two similar hotels. Although it doesn't have an attached restaurant, it's in walking distance to Chipotle and Red Robin. A highlight is its spacious, clean and comfortable lounge just off check in, with complimentary coffee, tea, etc., as well as snacks for sale. It has several seating areas -- sofas and chairs, so It didn't feel cramped, as well as tables and a wide screen tv. Also I found the front desk staff to be warm and polite. One of the staff members gave me suggestions regarding area eateries -- as well as several area restaurant menu copies that I could keep. However, unlike some similar hotels, there isn't a fridge in the rooms, although a fridge can be requested.
